May is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month! In honor of the mother, spring, earth, fertility and birth, we will share together a renewal and new beginnings. This is a time for healing and a Re-Birth of your story.
A virtual group designed to provide people with a safe, therapeutic space to connect, process and heal collectively with others that have experienced birth trauma. This group is for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or general emotional difficulties in adjusting to parenthood after a traumatic birthing experience.
