Following up on a really insightful interview with on about procrastination, I wanted to share some nuggets.
Procrastination can really cripple us. We know the Behaviour hurts us but we keep doing it!! 😩

Press your thigh into your foot and your foot into your thigh.
Also don't neglect to breathe.
Day 2 of is eagle pose! Let's hold this pose for 30-45 seconds with a focus on your breath.
Today’s affirmation: I am balanced, even in the midst of chaos.
Key tips: If balancing is hard, place a block near the outside of your standing foot and rest your foot there instead of wrapping your legs.

It's a furnace these days😮💨. And studies show high temperatures affect our sleep, our behaviour, how we think clearly, make decisions and communicate.
Not dealing with the heat can increases STRESS.
Following the interview this morning with I wanted to share some mindful ways to stay cool 💚
Tomorrow we will be using twists in our practice to flow slow, unwind and shake up how we view certain unhealthy ideas, fears and situations that we are tightly holding on to..
We will look into the sweet balance between effort and surrender and remind ourselves that there is very little we need and so much we already have.

Living her passion, this Wellness Coordinator and young blogger is a Yoga instructor at TrueSelf Centre of Being Yoga Studio, Golden Eye Hotel and a few other villas and hotels along the north coast.
With a a strong love for the wellness and fitness industry she works with her clients to help them understand their behaviour to create lasting exercise and wellness changes.
