About:
I started my fitness journey later in life. At 36, unfit and having put on an extra 15 pounds from the stress of a recent divorce, I decided to change my life. I joined a local health club, got a bike and one year from that day I was a fit, strong and 15 pounds lighter. I vowed, not only to never return to my previous state, but to help others on their journey to a vibrant active life.
Now at 60+ years young, I have kept that promise to myself and to those that I have trained to be the best they could be. With a national certification, years of experience training myself and others, I can help you take control of your health and fitness. It’s never too late!
