It's Semla time.
This year I have tasted semlas so far in the following bakeries:
Valhallabageriet
Lillebrors bageri
Vete-katten
Mr Cake
K-märkt Pâtisserie & bageri
Magnus Johansson bageri och konditori
Skeppsbro bageri
All of their semlas were perfect, because I only went to the best places in town. But Lillebrors bageri and Mr Cake are my favourites.
Vete-katten has the best classical one.
And Skeppsbro bageri serves a hetvägg - Semla served in a bowl with warm milk (and by the way the cinnamon bun is the best here). The list is far from being concise, I will continue tasting semlas next weekâ¤ď¸

Yesterday in the Old Town. The spirit of Christmas is everywhere. I had two very wet tours, but we tried to keep us dry by going to the Medieval museum, The Royal Armory and Storkyrkan (Stockholm Cathedral) - all are open, free and absolutely amazing. My favv is probably the Armory for now.
I think I might be biased because I love their Instagram account. The person who does the social media for should get a medal.
