21 Day Fix Daiquiri Recipe
1.5 oz white rum
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz honey simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
lime wheel garnish
21 Day Fix Daiquiri Directions
You need to take the honey simple syrup on the fly by taking 4 teaspoons of filtered water and 1 teaspoon of raw local honey and stirring them together in a little bowl. I then zapped it in the microwave to help the honey dissolve more evenly. This made exactly 1 oz that I used in the Daiquiri, no more no less. You can always make simple syrups in larger batches on the stove top, the idea is to dissolve your natural sweetener in water over low heat and then store it in a mason jar in the fridge for about a week. Or you can just make what you need on the spot, as I did here.
Once your honey simple syrup is prepped you are ready to shake up the 21 Day Fix Daiquiri! Just shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Serve in chilled glass. Garnish with two dashes orange bitters (optional) and lime wheel.
On the 21 Day Fix this counts as 1 Yellow & 1 tsp.

1 tablespoon melted coconut oil and 1/2 scoop chocolate Shakeology. Mix together, spread on wax paper, pop in freezer for 15 minutes!
