At this shared time of deep disruption and uncertainty, our best wishes go out to you for the health of you, your loved ones and your employees. We would also like to give you confidence around what we are doing at Midbass to continue to offer outstanding service to you and support your business, your customers and enthusiasts of our brands.

I am pleased to say that Midbass is set-up so that we can operate our global business remotely while maintaining full data security. As such, we are available 24/7, but ask for your understanding that our staff will request that we hold meetings digitally rather than in person.

Our business continuity plans have already proven successful in the initial major hot spots of China and Italy, and we are applying these learnings in the UK. As a result, we have had close to zero interruption in the delivery of our products to our clients. When it comes to face-to-face and in-business meetings, we are naturally following the advice of local government around social distancing. In these cases, our teams are already in contact with you to evaluate alternative options including digital solutions, and will constantly update you on the status. Across all our business, we will be proactive in informing you immediately should we encounter any changes that seem likely to cause delays in collecting or processing orders.

To help you access all of our product information during this worldwide disruption as easily as possible, we have increased our digital news feeds and will be increasingly active on social media. This will bring together all our recent and upcoming news, insights and product releases.

Our Corporate Head Office in Sutton Coldfield, England, UK remains open for its employees to ensure we can service your needs, however we kindly ask that you restrict drop in visits or collections and only under certain circumstances can we accept appointments. Our offices are closed to members of the general public.

To further support our dealers we have also initiated domestic drop shipping incentives to assist our customers in keeping the supply chain of our products as open and accessible as possible.

Other measures taken to keep our business safe:

Restricting international travel and attendance by employees to industry meetings and conferences.

Increasing the frequency of office and warehouse cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as doors, phones and desks.

Increasing the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers and hand wipes within the business.

Segregating contact centre operatives into smaller teams and the introduction of new software to enable remote working.

Introduction of a no hand shake policy across the company.

The cessation of field based employees visiting multiple dealers and showrooms.
