[ BUTTERCREAM- GAH!]
So buttercream is so not my thing- it makes me break out in hives just thinking about piping 🤣 thought I’d attempt it for mine and my mums bday dinner tonight. Pretty happy with how it turned out! Definitely a lot of flaws so don’t go zooming in too close! Managed to throw this together in 2 hours thanks to the fact the cake was prebaked by Bake Me Up cakes, and as if that wasn’t enough to tick the box of being baked and ready to decorate- it’s also GLUTEN FREE for the coeliacs of the fam. 🎀

A year and a half between posts 🤣 for someone that doesn’t ‘cake’ anymore I have now ‘caked’ twice in one week! Our school principal has retired after 22.5 years 😱 that’s a long innings! Massive afternoon tea today to celebrate her contribution to the school and to wish her well for the next chapter of her life. 🎀
