And another masking update: June 2022
(This might actually be the last time you see this picture used)
The province’s masking mandate for healthcare settings has now expired. Masking during your massage therapy appointment is no longer mandatory, however it is supported.
For the foreseeable future, I will continue to wear a mask while actively treating — yep, I spend a lot of time standing over you and breathing.
Thorough cleaning and sanitizing procedures will remain in effect (spoiler alert: we’ve cleaned this way long before the pandemic and it won’t stop).
And as always, please reach out to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Your efforts to help us maintain a healthy environment are much appreciated.
*Please note the current masking policies are subject to change based on risk assessment and individual circumstances.
There are a lot of myths that persist about massage therapy. This infographic hopes to provide some facts to help bust some of these common myths and spread more awareness about massage therapy.

Registered Massage Therapy Treatments are health care, and as such protocols are status quo from the past two years. Masking at all times during your treatment is still mandatory, we continue to diligently clean and disinfect all contact surfaces following every treatment, and ask that you please postpone your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, have tested positive for COVID, or have been in contact with anyone who is ill.
We closely follow guidance from the Ministry of Health, and will provide any updates and changes as they come available.
I have now reopened the online booking feature for appointment availability a week or two in advance. I strongly encourage continuing to contact me to book appointments, and booking in advance to secure the appointment that you require.
Available appointments can be accessed at the link in bio.
If you don’t see a time or date that works for you, please either add yourself
to the waitlist, or reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
In order to ensure availability for existing clients, like yourself, I am only accepting new client bookings on a limited, referral only basis.

Our Story
Providing massage therapy treatment in Bowmanville, Ontario.
I have been learning from experience and honing my skill as a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from the massage therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2011.
“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness” (Sakyong Mipham) is a quote that really resonates with me. This theory is applied throughout my massage therapy treatments. I strive to provide a therapeutic massage in a relaxing atmosphere. I believe that without a present but quiet mind, the body is limited in its ability to relax and absorb feedback. Your body does the healing, my job is to point it in the right direction.
My goal is to create movement in the tissues with physical manipulation using a variety of techniques from Swedish and deep tissue variations, push & pull forces, gliding, sheering, compression, joint mobilizations, passive and active movement, and occasionally incorporate tools such as silicone cups to create a negative pressure in those stubborn areas. I have widespread interest in treating day-to-day soreness, posture, pre and post natal care, chronic injuries, and sudden, acute pain.
