Bit of a late menu, I know.
This menu is bittersweet.
After over 5,000 plates served...
I've decided that it's time, for good, to close the We Eat Over Here kitchen.
After nearly 5 years of cooking for y'all, I have truly enjoyed bringing you all kinds of flavors, over so many different dishes. It has been an awesome experience, with 0 regrets.
However, and I know y'all feel it, too, the cost of groceries is insane, and I, in good conscience, can't increase my costs. I just won't do it. That, and a few other other things, make it more difficult to maintain, alone.
So, thank you all that have rode with me over the years, raved about my cooking, and shown mad support. I'll never forget it. ❤
With that said, I wanted to pay homage to my Filipina mama, and offer, this last time, some of the Filipino recipes she makes, still. I mean, mama is the one that taught me how to cook, and I still call her for advice, even now.
Oh, and of course, as always, there's a cajun pasta in there, because I love that.
Here it is:
🇵🇭BOK CHOY AND GROUND PORK STIR FRY
A variation of adobong kangkong, I'm using bok choy instead of water spinach. Tossed with garlic, oyster sauce, ginger, chili pepper, ground pork, this will be served with steamed rice.
🇵🇭FILIPINO PULLED PORK
Pulled pork, with a special Filipino sauce, pickled red onion, kimchee, and carrot strings, served with rice, and topped with cilantro.
🇵🇭CHILI GINGER CHICKEN
One of my favorites mama makes. Red chilis, ginger, soy sauce and hoisin, tossed with breaded chicken bites. And yes, it's got that heat. And yes-- served with rice.
●CHICKEN & ANDOUILLE CAJUN PASTA
Blackened chicken, spicy andouille, some creaminess, and penne pasta. This one has always been a fan favorite.

Monday was a doozy, but Tasty Tuesday is a straight flex! 🤣🤣
This menu is near and dear to my heart. Trying a couple of new recipes, and offering some long time staples.

●JALAPENO POPPER STUFFED PORK LOIN
All that you love about jalapeno poppers, wrapped into a juicy pork loin. Served with roasted potatoes.
●TERIYAKI CHICKEN BOWL
Tender chicken thighs, grilled and glazed, served with roasted broccoli, and jasmine rice, pickled red onion, and carrots.
●CREAMY CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA
Cajun blackened chicken sets on top of creamy, cheesy, sauced up penne pasta. This one's got a lil kick.
●CHEESY EGG, SAUSAGE, & POTATO BOWL
I really feel like I make the best cheesy eggs. Now that I've cleared the air on that, I'm taking those cheesy eggs, some diced potatoes, hot breakfast sausage, more cheese, and putting it all together for a great on the go meal for any time.

●CHICKEN PARMIGIANA
Most likely WEOH's most requested menu item, since 2019!! Breaded chicken breast cutlets, smothered in cheese and marinara, set on top of noods. Oh, man... mini chef is gonna love making this one!
●KOREAN BBQ CHICKEN
Let's see... marinated chicken thighs, a good gochujang sauce coating, grilled... Maaannnn!! Served with steamed rice, & kimchee.

It's just fried rice, but with bacon, cheese, egg, soy sauce, and a lil Yum Yum on top. The perfect anytime meal.
●I've decided to keep this as a mainstay on the WEOH menus, for the duration of Summer. Great for pool parties, house parties, party parties, and just to feed a lotta folks.

●"BLUE RIBBON" MEATLOAF
This ain't ya mama's meatloaf. Shared with me from my first and only bodybuilding coach, this meatloaf has a process that includes dark beer (Guinness), onions cooked in that beer, along with all the herbs and spices, that make this probably the best meatloaf I've had... Plot twist-- I'm going to add cheese, and then I'm going to put them on the smoker😏 TRUST ME!! Served with mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans!
●CHEESY CHICKEN, RICE, & BROCCOLI CASSIE ($60)
Diced chicken, cheese, broccoli, rice, a lil of this seasoning, a lil of that seasoning... and did I mention cheese? KIDS LOVE THIS ONE!!
One casserole feeds at least 8-12, comes either precooked or ready to cook based on request.
That's it, folks! Like I said, light and easy... but no lacking of flavor through amd through.

A WEOH staple. For all the best reasons, one of our best sellers, and also, a massive hit with my kids!! Ground pork, seasoned with my homemade sauce, and served with tricolor cabbage, and carrots. Garnished with pickled red onion.
👉🏽 HOT WINGS
I tries to think of a funny name for a dangerous sauce, but the beat I could come up with is "LEAK B***Y HOT WINGS". A very special, very hot homemade sauce and dry rub, hits these wings. They will be smoked, of course.
WARNING: They hot hot. Eat these at home. I'll throw in a side of ranch, some celery, and carrot sticks. The rest-- you're on your own.🤣
👉🏽 CUBAN MOJO PORK
I'm taking a whole pork loin, marinating it in lime, orange juice, and some other spices and herbs, for 4 hours, then letting it play on the grill, for a couple hours. Served with fried plantains, and black beans and rice. Hell yeah!!
👉🏽 BASIC GRILLED CHICKEN PLATE
Seasoned grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and white rice. Safe, easy, but delicious.

Look, y'all... When I say spicy, I tend to lean towards y'alls idea of spicy. Not mine. On this one, though... I'm preparing it the way I love it. So, yeah... spicy!! Includes black beans (or pinto on demand), pickled red onion, cilantro, sweet corn, cheese, and yellow rice. A side of hot salsa.
●HAWAIIAN BBQ CHICKEN
So I like to take chicken thighs, marinate them in a pineapple orange juice soak. Then, after a couple hours, hit em with the high heat grill, and a tangy, sweet bbq sauce/pineapple orange juice sauce mop. Served with coconut rice, and macaroni salad, and grilled pineapple.
●BEEF BULGOGI RICE BOWL
I have been begged to do this one more often🤣. It is one of my personal faves, and I could, likely, eat it daily. Lean ground beef, green onion, sesame seeds, garlic, and a special bulgogi sauce, brings this dish to life!! Served with white rice. Make sure you have a big spoon 😳
●CAJUN CHICKEN & ANDOUILLE ALFREDO
THIS!!! The epitome of comfort food. Penne pasta tossed in a cheesy alfredo sauce, along with fresh herbs, andouille sausage, and chopped chicken thigh. I'm looking forward to this one for myself!! ❤
🚨EXOTICS!!🚨
●GRILLED CREOLE GATOR
That's right... gator. As a UGA man, this one gives me pleasure! 🤣 I'm taking gator filets, dividing them up, hittin em with a buttermilk soak, throwing some Creole seasoning on em, putting them on skewers, and hitting the grill. Ay, this meal comes with my red beans and rice. ($16 per meal!!)

Breakfast sausage crumbles, fluffy whole eggs, and the good cheese sauce, all wrapped up snug in a large flour tortilla. Three massive burritos per order.

Dry rubbed with garlic and mustard seed, then grilled with a tangy wet mop... served with sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli crowns.
🔸️SLAP YA MAMA THIGHS
I'm talking bone-in, skin on thighs, and heavily seasoning them, before puttin em on the grates. These ain't no joke. That fye fye!! Served with hashbrown casserole, and garlic green beans!
🔸️CHICKEN STIR FRY
Like I said, "How I like it..." Thin sliced chicken breast, ALL the veggies, sauce, tossed. Served with pineapple rice. Ab friendly, fo'sho!

Tender, smoked pulled pork, cheesy scalloped potatoes, cheddar jalapeno sweet bread, and jalapeno cole slaw. Bruh... this one is bussin'!!
● SAUSAGE, EGG, CHEESE "BREAKFAST" FRIED RICE
Y'all my kids LOVE this meal. It says breakfast, but this one tastes fantastic, ANY TIME!! I like mine with a lil sriracha, and pickled jalapenos.
● PESTO PASTA & BALSAMIC GRILLED CHICKEN
Chicken marinates in balsamic, and herbs, and bowtie pasta is tossed with olive oil and pesto.
● CAJUN BLACKENED SHRIMP* (OR CHICKEN) RICE
Pick either shrimp, or chicken, or both. Either way, that cajun blackening seasoning got a lil kick. Set on a bed of cajun fire roasted tomato rice.

Bite size chicken cuts, green onions, diced
bells, chili peppers, and a tangy sauce, served
on a bed of rice. This one has some serious
heat. Those chilis are dried chilis, but man...
they might hurt.
2) TEX-MEX SMOKED PORK LOIN CHOPS
Chipotle, chili powder, cilantro and garlic dry
rubbed pork loin chops, mopped with a
Tapatio sauce, and smoked a few hours.
Served with green beans, and cheesy
scalloped potatoes.
3) VODKA ALA PENNE & ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Penne pasta, vodka sauce, 3 cheeses,
marinara, served with whole grilled hot
Italian sausages.
4) SEASONED GRILLED CHICKEN PLATE
Nicely seasoned, and grilled, chicken, served
with steamed broccoli, and sweet potato.
5) BACON, EGG, AND CHEESE BURRITO
Cheesy, fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, rolled up
into a flour tortilla. This here is like a mobile

👉🏾 SPICY PORK LO MEIN
Tender cuts of pork loin, seasoned on the
seasoned on the spicy side of Asian cuisine,
is fried, then tossed with veggies, and lo
mein noods, in a tangy sauce.
👉🏾 SPICY PORK & GREEN BEAN STIR FRY
Ground pork, and green beans, chili pepper
flakes, a lil sriracha, and a lil garlic pepper
paste round out this delicious plate. Served
with white rice.
👉🏾 CHICKEN FRIED RICE
Diced chicken, onion, peas, carrots, egg, and
soy sauce tossed in my wok, with rice. Like,
it's just so damn good.
👉🏾 CILANTRO LIME GRILLED CHICKEN
Bone in chicken thighs (because flavor, duh)
dry rubbed with cilantro seasoning, and
marinated in a cilantro and lime sauce, and a
lil tequila... then grilled, and served with
black beans, rice, and grilled bell peppers,
and onion.
👉🏾 TACO STUFFED POBLANOS!
All the taco goodness, stuffed into a
