Bacon, spinach and cheese omelette for brunch. The roast chicken dinner for dinner.
3 ryvita fruit crunch topped with banana for breakfast on Thursday. Lunch was with the children so no photo but I had a baked potato while the children had pizza. Then Japanese Beef Curry from the new books. I loved it but no one else did.
Usual breakfast, cheese pastie for lunch and Stovies for dinner.
Granola with yoghurt and blueberries. Lunch was an altogether lunch at work of Macaroni Cheese, salad and garlic bread. Dinner was mince and tatties.
First day back at work… granola, yoghurt and blueberries. Then scotch broth for lunch. Cajun chicken pasta for dinner.
Nothing quite beats Mr G’s Roast Dinners…
Tonight’s meal was the Hoisin Tenderloin Pork from latest book. It was very tasty. But it was very faffy for me. I need to learn how to make tinfoil boats.. Next time won’t feel so bad.
Morrisons Salad bar for lunch with Honemade Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner.
Chorizo and Broccoli Gnocchi from . This is such a great, easy recipe that tastes good too. Prior to finding this recipe I had never made gnocchi based dishes. However this gave me to confidence to try.
Pork Potsticker Noodle Bowl from new book. It’s not as dry as it looks. But it was soooooo tasty. I couldn’t find the flat rice noodles so if anyone knows where I could find them, that would be great thanks x
Breakfast was weetabix with milk and strawberries. Lunch was a BLT meal deal from Tesco. Dinner was chorizo and mushroom pasta. Back to work tomorrow.
Bacon and Haggis roll. Cheese Scone at the garden centre. Then Roast chicken with potatoes and Turnip.
Saturday: Tuna Mayo greggs roll. Then sainsburys Pizza.
Crackers and cheese, tomato soup with bread and Seabass chips and cucumber.

Had fruit and quark at breakfast. Tomato soup at lunch. Then pasta bake for tea.
Weetabix, Caesar salad then bacon risotto.
I attempted boiled eggs for breakfast. Resulted in me giving up and having various fruits etc. dinner was roast beef.
Quark with fruit, seabass and Philly cheesesteak fries. (Saturday)
Creamy mushrooms with bacon. Had a Morrisons sushi for lunch. Then Mac Cheese for dinner.
I’m ok with that. 14lb over 7 weeks is a healthy way to go.
Didn’t like the protein thing. Noodles for lunch. Chinese 5 spiced pork with rice, lettuce and home grown cucumber.
Wednesday: Family Roast Night
Had cereal with yoghurt, Stovies at lunch and Gammon for dinner.
Sunday’s food. Bacon Roll, Stovies and a wee treat of a frappe.
Fruit and yoghurt. Then a BLT for lunch. Toby Carvery for dinner with a wee ice cream treat afterwards.
Week 6 weigh in… 2lbs off and that’s a stone off. My hope now in 7 weeks is to lose 7lbs. So here goes. A wee hop, skip and jump…
An omelette with melon… chips… pork stirfry
It appears I took no photos. Melon and yoghurt post workout. Then a BLT for lunch. Chicken curry for dinner.
Blueberry wheaties with yoghurt. Leftover bacon and mushroom pasta for lunch. 2 chubby Cubs meatball subs with chips and salad. I’m tired being back at work. But have stayed away from all the goodies x
First day back at work and you realise you have no decent cereal. Chocolate weetabix it is. The chicken Caesar salad with chicken for lunch. Bacon and mushroom Pasta for dinner.
After 6 weeks off, it’s time to go back to work. Hopefully routine will come easily x
Bacon and scrambled egg roll. Costa frappe. Roast chicken with chia, corn on the cob and salad.
Last day of my summer holidays. Back to work tomorrow. So a wee workout to start the day. I don’t tend to do workouts on work days as I am so active at work. But I still have 5 days where I will do workouts.
Subway tuna salad. For dinner a baked burrito from the SW range at food warehouse.
Wee night out to the Edinburgh fringe. Back on it today x
