Such a shame that an owner should have to deal with this kind of animalistic behavior. If the members don’t take care of the club, the club won’t last very long. You need to find these animals and band them forever from every club imaginable

When you walk into the gym locker room and it looks like a fu***ng war zone. would this get a passing grade for your field advisors? This is only one of the downfalls of not having staff in the club or when you have 3 people sitting around getting paid to do nothing.

So which one is broke? Retro brok a long time ago. Planet fitness seemed to have cracked like an egg. The industry as a whole is broken. So who is going to step up and try and fix it? It won’t be easy in the world we live in today. It’s gotta be someone with some thick skin to hold off the barbs of the haters. Time to evolve and regain the glory of what health and fitness used to mean? What does it mean to you??

Is this the narcissistic world we have come to? Ok but in the gym in the middle of prime time? Are you for real? And on top of that letting it happen so someone can trip over the tripod? Lawsuit much. Come on retro get it together. This should not be allowed just like vacuuming with a cord in the middle of the workout floor. There are times for this stuff.

why does equipment continue to be allowed to look like this and condensation bucket be allowed all over the workout floor? Fix it and be the chain everyone used to know and respect

nice club. The equipment is new. Matrix wouldn’t be my choice but functional. Cardio is very nice. No greeting or goodbye from the front desk as usual. But the locker rooms and showers!!! Ugh what a complete turnoff. Almost there.

I love the due to government suggestions and retrofitness best practices line. Really? Best practice is to fix and maintain your equipment properly so membership paying clients can us the damn equipment.

Locker rooms ,equipment and overall cleanliness is what brings me Evers in and keeps them. you need to do a much better job at auditing your clubs. This is sad but typical of low budget gyms. Not enough staff or to much that do WAY to little. The dirt under the dryer is absolutely disgusting. The Locke rooms being broken and uncared for disappointing. The equipment super aggravating and looks bad.
