Maple sap is a great health beverage (syrup is in small jar).
Today was a beautiful and busy day tapping some of our maple trees to collect the ultimate water filtered by Mother Nature - with the perfect pH and loaded with electrolytes, it is a great healthy beverage that we freeze and defrost as needed throughout the next year. There is nothing better or more refreshing on a hot summer day! No need to boil into syrup, although that is wonderful too as a great sweetening alternative. Look for some photos and videos.

The Gifts of the Honey Bee
The bees have been shaken into the new hive and these bees are fanning to so the others missed can "smell" their way home.
The bees are almost in!
Bee are continuing to march into the bucket.
One of our hives swarmed with this cluster found near the bee yard and low to the ground, making it easier to catch.
The bulk of the D-Day swarm was shaken into the other end of the bucket, and the rest are marching in.
They're alive!
