Great day on the water running an Intro to Freestyle course at Cardiff White Water Center

Dynamic Kayak Coaching is offering a unique opportunity to develop your kayaking skill. With a passion for kayaking going back as far as I can remember. I hope to provide a coaching experience that will lead you to smash your goals and achieve your full potential on and off the water

With over ten years of coaching experience and a BA (hons) Degree in Outdoor Education , I specialise in bespoke white water and freestyle coaching for individuals and small groups based in the South West (UK)

Whether its your first time down the river or you're working on nailing your freestyle moves I will create tailor made sessions in order for you to achieve your goals. These sessions will incorporate video feedback and in depth tutoring as well as using my skills as a personal trainer to take a look at your fitness and provide training sessions on and off the water

Kayak fitness will also be valuable tool for those hoping to return to kayaking following an extended period out of the water.
