The University of Strathclyde are looking for people aged 18 years or older, living in Scotland, who have had experience of chronic pain (which is pain lasting more than 12 weeks), and have spoken with a healthcare professional working in a GP practice and/or community pharmacy about their pain, to take part in a group workshop activity.
In Scotland, some GP practices have pharmacists working in them. These GP pharmacists can give care and support for patients who have had chronic pain. As well as talking to patients about their pain, these pharmacists could ask patients to fill in questionnaires about their chronic pain, and the impact that the pain has on their lives. However, it is not known which questionnaire would be best for pharmacists to ask patients with chronic pain to complete. The goal of the workshop is to hear your opinions on these questionnaires and pick the best one.
If you are interested in taking part or want to know more, please click the URL link below to read some more information about the study, fill out the consent form and complete a short questionnaire about you.

Alternatively, you can email Aimee Ferguson at [email protected] to ask any questions. The study is open until the end of June 2024.
