Leadership Training for Christ began in 1988 in the Southwestern part of the United States. The Great Plains LTC region was founded in 1995 and had its first convention in 1997 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Tulsa, OK. This board serves AR, CO, KS, LA, OK and portions of North Texas.
