Taxi Lotta hören ist wie Rummel, wie Kettenkarusellfahren in der Nacht. Blinkende Lichter, Ameisen im Bauch, Schwerelosigkeit und Fliehkraft. Mitten im Trubel und doch im Abseits. Kurz verliebt geglaubt, dann doch für Herz brechen entschieden, weil der Typ dir erst eine Rose schießen und im Anschluss erklären wollte, was Musik ist. Es bleibt ein zuckrig-saurer Geschmack auf der Zunge. Geheimnis, Mutprobe, Amüsement. Teenager, die planlos an Ecken rumhängen, lethargisch aber für immer jung.

Taxi Lotta ist die gemeinsame Band von LiÆN und Ulla Suspekt. Auf ihrer Debut EP „À la Place de l’Opéra“ treffen ausgeklügelt mehrstimmige Vocals auf ausdrucksstarke Basslines und luftige Gitarren auf hypnotisierende Synthies. Das Ergebnis sind vier fluoreszierende New Wave/Dream Pop Songs. Schelmisch und leichtfüßig bitten sie alle Träumenden zum Tanz.

Happy birthday ! 🎉❤️ Seit 10 Jahren erfreut uns das Label aus Nürnberg mit toller Musik. Pünktlich zum Jubiläum gibt es die 60. Veröffentlichung. Auf der Compilation 'XDR' wird uns zeitgenössische elektronische Musik zwischen Tanzfläche und Couch präsentiert. Pop, aber immer schön edgy. Überraschend, spannend und innovativ nisten sich die 21 größtenteils unveröffentlichten Tracks in unseren Gehörgang ein und bleiben dort die nächsten 10 Jahre. Unser Album der Woche.
