Thank you everybody for reaching out. I want to express my sincere condolences to Kent, and the rest of the immediate family. And to all friends and fans as well. Shock G was an extremely loving man. He blessed and transformed so many of our lives so much for the better. Even though I did a decent audition for him in Money B's bedroom, Shock really chose to bring me on because we liked all the same records, especially "Power To Love" by Jimi Hendrix. and "Fat Time" by Miles Davis. He was extremely brilliant and fun, and could turn a mundane trip to the grocery store into an adventure filled escapade. I will mostly miss discussing music and films and food and culture, and all forms of art with him, we woud debate the greatness of wackness of anything under the sun all night on tour busses and in Hotel rooms, and restaurants and bars. Up till we stopped touring a few years ago, I always looked forward to the conversations during the meals, and en route to the gig etc, and the simple brotherhood that he offered, I am very honored to have been your road dogg, RIP my friend!
