Our Chef's Freedom Line, Symbiose by the Jane Line, and Sucadrop Line are all made from sugarcane, otherwise known as Bagasse. This dry pulpy residue, left after the extraction of juice from sugar cane, is used for production in our plateware. Depending on the composting conditions, bagasse products biodegrade within a couple of weeks or up to 3 months.
