Seconds Ahead had the privilege to photography Run 4 Beigel on Sunday.
Scott Beigel was a teacher at Marjory Soneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. He taught geography and coached cross-country. In the wake of the tragedy at MSD, as the Parkland community mourned the devastation of so many lives lost and affected, Scott's cross-country team quickly mobilized a 5k race in honor of their beloved coach and mentor. As the years pass, this race has become an event uniting the Parkland community and beyond in remembrance and celebration of Scott and all of those affected.

There are all kinds of events around the US. One you don't expect is the US National Waterskiing Championship being held in Kansas. But it was definitely a cool event to cover for photographer Ed Bailey.
