We are also very investor friendly, flipping homes for investors since 2008 as well as providing closing repairs for homebuyers and sellers.

You know, I’ve been doing what I do 30+ years and owned my company 27 years. I’ve had a lot of good and bad.
I’ve had to rebuild at least three times from scratch and I did it with no hand outs. Any help I had came at a price and I paid it back. It has been a difficult road but the set backs made me stronger.
I’ve worked all over. When times were tough I’d do whatever I had to do for my family. Take two jobs, move states, work in Puerto Rico.
Sacrificed a lot of time with my family and that had a cost.
But, I have a very solid team and they are probably the most loyal group I’ve had because we are family, not all by blood but by like mindedness.
I know if things go sideways I have people who would do whatever it takes to have my back.
That’s a good feeling.

Framed in for a laundry room, added plumbing and electrical, gave it a 1x4 ceiling perfect for a country house, finally got the 1/2 bath converted into a full bath. New windows all the way around.
