Damascus offers a multitude of trails, over a thousand rental bicycles, creeks for kayaking or exploring, and the Virginia Creeper Trail, considered to be one of the nation's best bike trails. It is still possible to walk around Damascus and speak with people sitting on their porches, or to stay in one of the bed and breakfasts and do your own porch sitting. Damascus offers a variety of lodging, several eating establishments, and a range of activities suitable for the extremely active or those who just want to relax.

Our Happy Place!
The Laurel House is set in the heart of downtown Damascus. This beautiful craftsman home is within walking distance to just about everything - trails, shops, bike rentals, diners, and more. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home can comfortably accommodate 11 guests (13 guests when using our 2 cots). The kitchen has been completely remodeled with all new appliances and everything you need to create a wonderful meal. Keurig machine fully stocked with coffee and tea. A grill is available for the outdoor cooks in the family. Washer and dryer is available in the basement. Smart TV with Direct TV cable and Apple TV is included.
This is ‘Trail Town USA’ and we have the perfect location to enjoy it all!
