Print it back-to-back using A4-sized bond paper. Then, fill out the form.

Visit the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) to submit your accomplished application form and secure your entrance exam schedule.

Applications beyond the deadline will no longer be entertained. Exams will only be conducted within the prescribed dates.

Join us for an 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 with a theme "𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐏𝐀𝐒: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞," at the Centennial Building on Friday, July 12. The event will begin with a Thanksgiving Mass at the UEP Chapel at exactly 2:00 pm and a program afterwards. All levels are required to attend the said event wearing Type B Polo Shirts.

This is your chance to gain invaluable insights and tips on achieving the prestigious CPA title. Make sure to mark your calendars for this unforgettable and enlightening event. See you there!
