CPR, AED & First Aid Certification Paso Robles

With all of the rocking and rolling of earthquakes lately here in California, I'm curious to see who is actually ready for one and knows how to turn your gas and water off if the pipes are affected, prepared with a first aid kit, extra water, non perishable foods, and do you have life saving skills? Can you perform CPR safely? are you and your kids aware on how to use a first aid kit? Know how to treat and stabilize someone who may be injured? Don't forget the elderly in your neighborhood either it's important to check on them after a quake to make sure they are ok.. Something to think about.
