I see God in everything. The evidence of God in my life, our lives is not limited to the supernatural flow of His spirit or manifestations of His spirit through the gifts He has given to us. ( I don’t disvalue the display of “His” gifts, I have many), But I see Him the greatest in my struggles, in grief, in navigating daily life carrying His presence, in my weaknesses when His strength is perfected, in my vulnerabilities, in the way His joy burst from within when depression should be all I have within, in loving the unlovable ( that was once me), in including Him in everything, in forgiving others and being forgiven, in depending on His wisdom, in His daily counseling and correction, in His way of reeling me back in when I want to go or react in full on flesh mode. In the way He corrects, chastens, in revealing just how magnificent and Loving God is. I see evidence of His presence in the way He strips me of me daily and molds me into what He wants me ( you and I to be). Jesus indeed took captivity captive and gave gifts fueled by His spirit unto us but the greatest gift is Christ daily being formed in us! It’s is learning to become and live as God already sees us in Jesus Christ. I haven’t arrived and don’t always get it right but Christ is still being formed in me and when I see Him then I’ll be fully like Him. :20. I’m crucified with Christ. Truth is I don’t always like the process but I love experiencing the results and witnessing the evidence of Christ being formed in me. That’s the greatest gift I’ve been given and it’s a part of the salvation package when we believe. I just love the true revelation of Jesus Christ!

The greatest love of all….He laid down His life for His friends. John3:16. Happy Valentine’s Day to all!
