An insightful CME on "Muscle Health - Indian Scenario & Current Trends" by IAPEN Bangalore Chapter on 27th July 2022.

Experienced speakers, great insights and a wonderful gathering, as always!

The session on ‘The Protein Panel' was an excellent deliberation on protein requirements in conditions of critical illness, surgical and oncology patients emphasizing on how important it is to step up the protein delivery in these cases to reduce mortality and morbidity.

It gave us a clear picture from Indian perspectives. Will be looking forward to these guidelines being published in the IAPEN journal.

CME on "Update on Parenteral Nutrition and role of Immunonutrition" was conducted on 27th May 2022. Insightful updates and application of parenteral nutrition and Immunonutrition in critical care was shared by the speakers and the topics were discussed in depth. Its always good to be updated about this evolving nutrition science.

IAPEN Bangalore Chapter members volunteering towards creating nutrition awareness in the community at the Arogya Mela Event organized by the Government on 14th and 15th May 2022, at the Chikballapur district, Karnataka.

It was an insightful and impactful experience as it was an opportunity to connect with people at the root level and understand the challenges in terms of healthy eating, and to help them through the right nutrition awareness.

A wonderful session on Protein Deliver in Critically Ill by Dr Harish Ambekar where conventional thought processes are broken by understanding the protein needs in depth. Yet another clinical session conducted by IAPEN Bangalore Chapter!

Awareness programme on "Malnutrition & Food Fortification" conducted at the by Ms Suneetha Rao, representing for the Malnutrition week in February 2022.

Memory game in nutrition was also conducted to bring nutrition awareness, in a fun way!!!
