In honor of Black History Month we will be going through a flow of poses to reflect and celebrate Black History. Incorporating elements of Black culture, music, and art into yoga, creating a soulful and serene atmosphere.

This is essential to exemplify the role that yoga can and has played throughout Black History. It has been a practice to many of our great leaders in attempt to seek refuge, healing, and peace.
