One of the🔝 questions I get asked is how to avoid overconsumption (err… bingeing) on late-night snackies🥜🍪🍫 Here’s what I’ve been doing it works a treat! - you’re going to want to implement ASAP!👌🏼
After years of trying to “control” my eating at night, here’s what I’ve been doing to make the process a whole lot easier:
🌙 This step is the MOST important: Get some glam/comfy/sexy nightwear! I wear and I cannot recommend highly enough. The comfort/cuteness factor is off the hook! You’re far less likely to treat yourself poorly when you feel like a million bucks💰
🌙 Make time for a facial. Whether you go all-in with an hour treatment or save time with a 5-minute sheet mask, do something that makes you feel important.
🌙 Create a tea ritual (I stole this idea from a client)😂👌🏼🫖 Set yourself up with cute tea or coffee cups (you know, the ones you save “for good”) and buy some herbal teas or really nice coffee. Why? Because you fkn deserve it, that’s why.
🌙 Massage, stretch or use a prune mat to unwind. Many of my clients use the weight loss meditations at this time to gear their body up for automatic weight loss *and* chill at the same time (you know we love a good multi-tasking opportunity!)👋🏼

These are the fluffiest, easiest breakfast hack so far! You’re welcome🍓😜🥞 Save this for your next quick & easy breakfast📌
🍓 only 7 ingredients
🍓 Bellissimo flavour
🍓 easy, easy, easy
🍓 fast and toppings are adaptable
🥞 1 bottle of pancake mix (I used Coles brand)
🥞 2 tsp chia seeds (for extra fluffiness)
🥞 1 tsp pink pitaya
🥞 Maple syrup
🥞 White chocolate
🥞 Strawberries
🥞 Marshmallows for topping
Add pink pitaya powder and chia to the pancake mix and shake. Cook through then stack and top with melted chocolate, syrup, berries and marshmallows!🩷👛🦩
The secret to weight loss is that there is NO SECRET🤫 There is no magic diet that you haven't discovered yet 😮💨🥬 BUT there are a few tips that will make your journey easier👇🏼
▶ Don't eat if you're not hungry. I don't care what time of the day it is or if Oprah herself made you a cake... don't put food in your mouth unless you are physically hungry.
▶ You don't have to count calories, macros, carbs or points to lose weight. People have been doing it long before macros were a fkn thing. Deal with it
► Weight lifting is not more effective than cardio and vice versa. The most effective exercise is the one you ENJOY (because you will stick with it)
► You will NOT get thin by skipping a meal. All it does is set you up for binge eating and overeating later that day.
► Skinny teas are bullsh*t. You know it. I know it. Try moving your body for an extra 10 mins throughout the day. You'll burn more calories and save yourself the embarrassment of pooping your pants when the laxatives (read: skinny tea) kicks in
► Carbs are not the devil. Carbs are necessary for healthy fat loss, hormone balance, organ function and energy.
► Intermittent fasting is also not a thing. So you skipped a meal. Good for you. But if you eat double the calories at the next meal, what was the fkn point??

1️⃣ Stop focusing on the bingeing and start focusing on bringing some of your “binge foods” into your regular rotation. You’re thinking about them the same way men think about s3x 🍆😂 It’s just chocolate. It’s not going to fulfil your biggest fantasies. Let it go.
2️⃣ And while we’re talking about the bedroom, get your zzz’s in, girl!😴🛌 Poor sleep can have you consuming up to 300 calories the next day just for the dopamine hit🍩🍔 Better sleep = better quality decisions.
3️⃣ Move your b***y each day! You’re less likely to stuff your face with pie if you feel like you showed your body some love that day so get moving👟👟
4️⃣ Eat more nutrient-dense food (aka. cook at home)🥘🥗 Consuming junk food begets consuming more junk food (mainly because you feel like you’ve “blown it”)🍔🍟🍕 plus the higher your nutrition, the lower your cravings (it’s a thing, I promise)😜
5️⃣ If you drink alcohol, stop✋🏼🍷🍷 (or at least cut down). NOBODY makes sharp AF decisions after a drink or two 😮💨 so save yourself the heartache and grab a green smoothie instead🌿
