Started today’s fitness journey with a 30min round of beginner cardio.
Started with 30 jumping jacks to get the blood flowing. Then a set of 25 pushups and walked half way around the field to the opposite bench to do some stretches. Continued walking around to the other side.

1 lap of walking

1 lap of walking backwards

25 push ups (100 total)

1 lap of running (as fast of a pace that you can maintain)

1 lap of jogging backwards

Walkout the rest of your 30mins with a cool down stretch at the end.

Then take a selfie for accountability and take your shoe off and take photo so you can show off your friend’s dope ass design x 🏃🏾‍♂️ !
