Ponchatoula Basketball Association would like to congratulate the Ponchatoula Varsity boys basketball team on winning the 2024 basketball state championship and going back to back! Outstanding job gentlemen!

Ponchatoula Recreation Basketball has ended. We just had a great championship weekend. Here is our 7-8 girls champions sponsored by Downtown Cleaners.

March 2nd is playoffs
March 3rd is championship
March 9th is Allstars and Coaches Game

We do not have brackets made just yet but will send them out as soon as they are completed. Playoff games will starts at 8am. Championship will start at 12. Allstars will begin at 12 with coaches game following.

GYM is closed today due to the expected heavy rainfall!

Our rec kids are out there Saturdays working hard!

2024 Ponchatoula Basketball Association’s recreation league got off to a fantastic start. Come on out and check out our kids playing this fantastic game!

We are starting practices this week! So if you have not heard from a coach yet please reach out to PARD. We might have your child on the roster with bad contact information. Here is to another great basketball season!

Due to trying to get kids off of the waitlist we are in need of coaches at these age ranges:

5/6 boys- 3 coaches
7/8 boys- 2 coaches
9/11 girls- 1 coach

If interested please respond.

Also, we would love to take more kids off of the waitlist we cannot do it unless we had more volunteer coaches.

Programs

Ponchatoula Basketball Association wants to start a summer league. We would like to start in June! Here are the highlights. It’s bring your own team, boys or girls teams, we will play on Saturdays throughout the month of June plus more details to come. Look for the registration email from PARD!
