Please bear with me while I try my best to implement these policies. If I'm being honest, I am burning myself out scrambling to keep my appointment timing, chasing after payments in my already very slim personal time and keeping everything organized in the back end so I need your help and cooperation while I try to get the cart back on the horse🥺

You'll notice that appointment times are now capped, and that is to ensure that I am staying on time for the next client. If your desired design is complex, starting in November you will now see an art-add on option when booking your appointment - PLEASE SELECT THIS OPTION TO ENSURE I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR DESIGN

The price you see next to the service includes *anything* you want or I can provide within that time slot (repairs, art etc.)
