Many of us have negative thoughts....such as believing that we are not good enough. As a result, these thoughts drag down our personal lives, our relationships and our careers. However if we do the opposite and use positive thoughts about ourselves, the effect can be just as powerful and far more helpful.
Honestly queens, I have been using essential oils for years, especially my favorites (peppermint and lavender). Essential oils are typically used aromatically (diffused into the air or just simply smelling them), topically (absorbed into the skin). They smell great, reduces stress, treat fungal infections, and also great for pain. What works for me is if I have a headache, I rub some peppermint oil at pain location which soothes the area of discomfort. Please use these oils only under the guidance of a physician or aromatherapist.

Its not too late to start reprogramming your mindset. Nowadays women in their fifties and up are no longer content to just fade away into the shadows, those days no longer exists. Women are now reassessing themselves, their thoughts and their mind and it all boils down to positive mindset. Don't settle in a "fixed mindset" where you believe that your skills and strengths are set in stone and that you possess only a certain level of intelligence. Instead opt for "a growth mindset" where you believe that you can develop skills and strength and grow your life experiences. Positive thinking is important because it can have a beneficial impact on both physical and mental well-being. Learn more, get better, improve your skills and acquire new ones that will help you not only on your road to success in business but regarding your health and well being as well as you will be able to maintain a positive outlook on life and cope with stress better. Here are five things I do in order in order to keep a positive mindset: (1) Practice Gratitude, (2) Laugh everyday by opening yourself up to humor (3) Spend time with positive people (4) Practice positive self-talk (5) Start everyday on a positive note.

Although Thirsty Thursday is a fun holiday celebrated today July 7th, involving drinking alcohol and partying.....here is the Water Edition....you can celebrate by keeping yourself hydrated by drinking water. Make it a habit to drink a glass of water (can be
infused by adding lemon) when you wake up in the morning as its a great way to rehydrate and wake you up for the day. Drink at least 8 glasses throughout the day. Happy Thirsty Thursday my Queens!

True happiness in life means loving yourself. It's a state of mind that you don't need materialistic things or other people to be happy. That doesn't mean that other people or materialistic things can't make you happy; it's just that true happiness isn't temporary pleasure, but lasting feelings of contentment and joy. โค๏ธ

The nutrients in fruits are vital for health and maintenance of your body. The potassium in fruits can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. Potassium may also reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and help to decrease joint loss. Enjoy eaten or in a smoothie!
After a long day at work, neck and shoulder strain is possible. Stretching before bed can be beneficial for a blissful sleep!
