We teach people how to stay in shape, regardless of their busy lifestyle, if theyβre travelling or if life gets in the way. We preach presence in our bodies and minds. Now is the only time you have to act, the past is unchangeable and the future is uncertain. The present moment is always yours. We also preach flexible dieting; there is no room for nutrition myths in our world. Healthy eating is our baseline, but we are self-proclaimed travel foodies, and we need our fix too. Our view of fitness and training is that any movement is better than no movement. Strength training is a must, but this is never limited only to the weight room, also we never sacrifice mobility and stability for strength. This is something we have learnt through coaching thousands of personal training clients face to face as well as on our online fitness programs. This is our vision. This is Camp Fitness.
