I'll be walking 18 miles overnight to bring awareness to mental health issues and su***de prevention. This is the 10th anniversary of my first walk. I am honored and humbled to still be able to participate. It is not an easy task.

Long post Alert 🚨
As some of you know, mom’s been having some health struggles lately which is why I flew down to Florida last month for 10 days. Recently she’s been given an updated diagnosis (which is not mine to discuss), and she has made the difficult decision to move back to NJ. Our entire family is in full support and we will all be pitching in to make this transition as easy as we can on her. She has a plane ticket to come to NJ at the end of June.
This weekend, I had my own health scare and found myself in the ER not once, but twice. It’s nothing major - I was diagnosed with viral bronchitis, given 3 breathing treatments in hospital, IV fluids, painkillers, and antibiotics. I was sent home with prescriptions for 2 inhalers and a round of antibiotics. I’m just starting to feel better, but am not fully recovered. In fact, I have coughing fits that are quite painful and can last for up to 10-15 minutes at a time. I’ve had to take some time off work to recuperate.
On the plus side of things, while at the hospital the doctor decided to run a full battery of tests - every bloodwork he could, nasal swab, chest X-rays, Ct scan… and aside from my current condition of viral bronchitis, I’m happy to report I have a been given a clean bill of health. Even my anemia seems to be gone.
I haven’t been on social media much this year with all the changes going on but I wanted to reach out to let everyone know what’s happening. And also to remind everyone that life is short and things change fast. Make sure you take the time to reach out to those you love. A simple text or phone call goes a long way.
And yes… I am walking in Boston in a few short weeks and am still looking for donations. If you can, the pinned post on my profile has the link to the fundraising site. I appreciate any and all support for su***de prevention. Most of you know this cause is near and dear to my heart.

We have a total of 5 “grown” children, and 1 grand-son! We also have several nieces who are more like daughters, and a great-niece who we consider our grand-daughter! Our family is central to our lives. My husband & I also own an auto repair in New Jersey - a VW specialty repair shop.
For the past several years, I have been wearing LuLaRoe clothing, and it has made me feel great about myself. The clothes are comfortable, affordable, and adorable! I love the friends I have made through my own online shopping experience, and I have built life-long relationships with many women from being a part of the LuLaRoe community. I want to share that with others - busy women and men who enjoy good clothing, but want a personal experience when shopping - someone who will learn their likes, their style, their colors and who will help them find just the right clothing to express themselves.
I became an independent retailer for LuLaRoe in May, 2019. I offer a great variety of styles and sizes in my boutique. There are additional styles that LuLaRoe offers, and I will continue to expand my boutique to include as many of these styles as I can. If you ever need help with finding something, I am here to assist you! Just reach out to me and I will be more than happy to do what I can to find the perfect item for you! It is important to note, that LuLaRoe offers a great variety of prints - but each is limited. So if you see something you love, grab it quickly. Once it’s gone, it may not be so easy to find ever again. Each print is limited to between 2500-5000 pieces. When they’re gone, they’re gone for good. This is also another reason I love the clothing - I’m guaranteed to be only a handful of people to have something!
