Do you know what your AC condenser really is? What does it do for your HVAC system and what does it look like?

The AC condenser is that big square unit outside of your home, typically in the back yard. It is super important for your cooling system, especially during the summer months. This is how your condenser SHOULD work: when the heat inside your house is circulated through the inside tubing, into the outside coil it helps remove the heat out of the house. What does this mean? You will be able to get rid of the hot air in your home, which means you will have a nice cool house for the summer. How can you achieve this? Making sure your condenser coil stays as clean as possible to eliminate that hot air inside your home.

Dirty condensers can cause a number of issues like:
