PAIN...how do u define it ?Its a state of mind which makes things difficult for u,coz if which u think something is not acheivable,something which stops u from going harder.
Its stops from bringing out the best in you.Pain may last for an hour,for a day,for an year but it ll subside slowly and gradually.What wont go away is the pain of the guilt which stopped u to go for something u decided to,something u wished to be,something u wanted to look like.
This pain wont let u prove urself what u r truly capable of.This is you and ur mind which make things harder.Remember one thing if u will run away from hard work then u r also running away from your dreams.Dont let the permanent loss happen to u just coz of temporary pain.Buckle up for the tough times ahead.I assure u that u will survive everybody does.
Dont sit and put things on tomorrow.Have u seen whats going to happen tomorrow then decide to do something which is in ur control and that's the present so work for it.Accept ur flaws and come over it.
Its not me,not somebody else who will decide what u gonna be.
Its u and ur fu***ng instinct which will take u beyond limits.
So work for it and keep hitting that iron. ✌🏻️πŸ’ͺ🏻

As we all know that it is a struggle for all of us hard gainers to put on some freaking muscle mass...lets put an end to this struggle...to get big u gotta eat more.
Below is the supplement and diet stack which will help u to gain 15 pounds in 2 months but for that u gotta follow it strictly.
Supplements :
1.Whey
2.Gluatmine
3.Beta alanine
4.BCAA
5.Cod live oil tabs
6.Multivitamins
7.Casein
8.Liv 52
9.Antioxidants
10.Zinc tabs

Well the list looks huge man,so now half of the people will loose their hope,dont worry i am not posting it for those who live without fu***ng hope.

For the rest half of u..here comes the diet chart :

7am : 5gms bcaa with water and a banana.
9am : 5 egg whites with 2 chicken salami brown bread sandwich
11am : Power shake ( 1 scoop whey,40 gms oats,1 banana,milk,1 spoon peanut butter)
1pm : 300gms chicken with brown rice and green salad
3pm : Egg salad ( 5egg whites,100gm sweet corn,broccoli,sprouts)
5pm : 2 chicken salami sandwich
6:30pm : 60 gm oats
9pm : 200gm tofu,broccoli,lettuce,onion,tomato
11pm : 1 apple and a glass of milk.

After going through this,70% of the left over 50% will s**t in their pants coz its nt for them.
It is for those who give a damn about themselves who do not care how hard it is they just believe in doing it.

**this is a diet chart,here i have mentioned the least use of protein supplement...so if u wanna use the supplements use according to ur convenience coz protein is must for ur body...dnt forget to take all the essential multi vitamins,liv 52 and fish oil as it supports ur organs to digest all that.

Keep hitting...i will be following the same diet and supplementation for next two months...ll share the results.

So 2 days back i received a message that bro i dont feel motivated anymore neither i am getting to see any posts on your page. Even i apologize for being gone as you all know the life has its own melodrama and crap but yeah now it is assured that i will be more regular in posting stuff and be more helpful to others.
Bodybuiding is not about how much strength u have its about how strong your mind is to achieve it,how much u r willing to do it,to make it happen.Yeah it is an impossible task for those who just take it that way or who believes in others saying that this is not ur field man,u wont be able to do it until u have the mindset to do it.It requires sacrifices,it desires hard work.U just cant loaf around and be a successful guy in anything,u gotta work for it.In today's time i have seen people saying that bro i am ready to do anything to get this girl,i will keep her happy,i just need her badly in my life,so listen to me losers first of all get dedicated to urself,live for urself,eat for urself,work for urself,enjoy for urself,priortize urself then see down the lane where do you find urself.At that time people will want u,they will want to be like u coz u made sacrifices, u had some different priorities,u did some fu***ng hard work.
We all are human beings but few of us become superior in the race coz they believe in what they do.U got one life guys just one fu***ng life...ask urself is this the way u wanna spoil it...how will u justify urself after 10 years down the lane that this is what you have acheived.At that moment you will be the biggest failure.So get up,its time to make some tough decision to earn some pride,have some dignity.Set ur goals and work to achieve them.Forget about the past,learn from your past,never get settle for something easy coz u were not born to do easy s**t.Lift your gear,collect everything u have inside you,buckle up and hit it.

Liking the post wont help u grow big.U need to work ur ass off,having proper diet and rest will make u grow big. Bi***es talk not real people.Real people DO and the results they show make others go silent. Tomorrow never comes,those who live in tomorrow are losers they are scared of facing the challenges today. Working out is not a joke or some kind of timepass that ya we have nothing to do so lets go to gym.
Bodybuiding is a life style..People dedicate their lives to it.Their is a passion in everyone's life,there has to be otherwise there is no point living the life with
no recognition.
I know everyone needs a spark to go for something but that u have to go n find...i found mine 4 years back which made me reach till here and now i have got
a better reason to be the best in what i like.Going behind girls,drinking,partying this is not eveything...coz there will a day come in ur life when u ll question
urself that wht have u done was worth it or u just wasted all this while in doing worthless s**t.i am not saying that dont party or hangout with friends or enjoy
with ur friends.Do everything but before that see where you are standing,whats ur goal and how far u r from it...dnt let all these things slow u down.

Bodybuilding is like mediditating.It needs a strong will power,confidence in ur self,capability to face defeats so that next tym when u r much more stronger and nobody
can dare to defeat u again.Promise urself i wont be the same guy i was yesterday.Give ur 100%.Take all ur diets,make a chart,the day u cheat with it tht day u r cheating with
urself.Before leaving something think twice tht wht u were and whr have u reached..its not the tym to quit.its tym to conquer.its tym to show other ppl tht all of them
are just mere insects living life with no purpose.
BE THE BEST.take all the good things u can take from ur surroundings.The day u ll reach or acheive ur aim u ll realise tht the things u were running behind are falling
at ur feet itself.

Its not abt bodybuiding guys its about being the best person out there in any field u choose.
If u want to be the gangster then become one that by hearing ur name itself ppl s**t in their pants.
Go for the BEST guys there is no fun living the bloody normal life.

Control ur anger,hatred,all the bad things and use it as positive energy.Let all this anger come out in the gym.

A DIET CHART FOR VEGETARIANS:

So here we go :

7:30 AM : 2 Bananas

9:00 AM : 1 cup oats with milk with peanut butter and brown bread.

11:30 AM: Whey Protein Shake

01:30 PM : Brown Rice,brocolli,boiled beans,curd,pulses.

02:30 PM : 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream

04:00 PM : Fruit Salad with sweet corns and peanut butter sandwich

05:30 PM : Banana Shake

07:30 PM : 2 scoop whey protein

09:00 PM : 300 gm cottage cheese,300 gm tofu and 1 sweet potato.

11:00 P.M.: 1 scoop casein protein.

Eat this much and build that miraculous veggie lean physique.
Dont forget to hit that IRON hard.

Chest Workout :

After this any workout i am going to put here are not going to be the easiest and the normal ones...So a warning before you do this..This workout is not for those who go to gym to watch TV or look at chicks doing cardio neither for those for whom lifting heavy is freaky n scaring...so plz all these ppl dont try this and humiliate urself.

Workout :
(1)Flat beanch press superset with flat dumbbell press followed by incline pushups.
(2) flat cable flyes 10 reps with each arm and after tht 10 reps with both arms superset with swiss ball flat DB flyes.
(3)Incline DB Press with incline machine press with cable cross over.
(4)Pushups with variations.
(5)Decline bar press using reverse grips.
(6)Low cable front raise reverse grip till chest level...do this with one arm at a time and then with both arms.
(7)DB Pullovers with DB chest press hammer grip.
(8)Pushups ladder(This id doing pusups continously with different angles so that it hit ur chest completely)

Go HIT IT and BRING SOME PRIDE TO YOURSELF.
