Pulled out the braille battery and mount I made for it. I may have been asking too much of it.
Started out as anodized aluminum 1 1/2” angle stock. Was not suppose to be, but is.
If you see something wider than 1 1/2”, I welded two pieces together.
Sand blasted and painted with undercoating.
A little edge guard.
K***s for the hold down didn’t show up from Amazon today. Couple of bolts till they do.

It’s been a while since anything posted.
She’s been pretty good.
Been wrapped up in another project. ‘12 Mustang I acquired from my son. The latest being side skirts with side exit exhaust plumbed to cutouts. As you can see the tips are fab by hand. The side skirts are supposed to be specific 😂 Final fit and finish done in carbon fiber twill.

Last weekend in Wisconsin Dells. Parked by the 8s.
10 - 12 cars in attendance.
Just short of 300 miles round trip.
Purred like a Florida Cockroach.
On the way there had to stop outside Sun Prairie to wait out the rain. It was pouring and the ass was all over the road. Butt puckered a couple times. The misses had her eyes clinched pretty tight.

Couple weeks ago I found him on the trunk lid with foot prints all over. Picked him up an put him in a spot where the mutts wouldn’t get him.

Not exactly a PSA… spent the weekend driving the car and not working on it. Except for today, was crappy out and didn’t want to get rained on. Haven’t said that out loud in a few years. Maybe even ever. 😂

Sunday went to a car show, died just as we pulled in. Called my neighbor and he brought me a test light and needle nose pliers.
Tach adapter shorted and blew the fuse. fortunately I wired it in via a terminal block. Phillips screwdriver to remove and reconnect a couple wires.

Could have cut the wires and twisted together. One of the better dumb ideas.

Another good dumb idea, label the dam wires when you put this s**t together. Made trouble shooting and repair a breeze.
