ecause I am home during the day, Lou is actually the consultant on record. So if you see invoices from Lou Clark, that is why. Lou signed up and started this business because he wanted a way to off set his M-F job that gets very slow during the winter months up here in northern Maine. He saw how much I liked LulaRoe and I guess he decided it would be cheaper for him to sell it than keep buying it for me from other consultants :) ! We love spending time together and are having a lot of fun helping each other on this adventure. You will surely see him right here, live on Facebook! He has fun being a LulaBro. His favorite shirt is the Mark and will look at the inventory faster than I do, when we have some arriving! We want all of our customers to feel like they are our only customer. It is our goal to make you feel special, because life is to short not to feel special! We know there are a lot of consultants our there and we are honored that you choose to shop with us. When you see something you would like to purchase in one of our albums, you claim it by commenting Sold and your email address (this is the same during our live sales, with the exception of adding the number of the item you are trying to purchase after the word sold and before your email). If you see something that has a sold comment, and you are interested, still comment sold. We may have more than one, or if an invoice isn't paid within 24 hours, we will move on to the next in line and you could still get the item. If you want an item but have a question, please comment "Sold Pending Question" because if you just ask a question, without commenting sold it can be purchased before we even have the chance to answer you. We always go by the time stamp on our computer, whether in the comments or in a live sale.
*Please note, you will always see your response first in a live sale because the moment you hit enter the comment appears on your screen, however there is a delay and someone else's comment may reach our system first. We always go by our system, whether live or in comments in albums, to be fair to everyone. There is a 24 hr. limit to finalize claiming you item. Invoices are sent as soon as possible once an item is claimed and you will have 24 hours to complete your purchase. If you do not complete your purchase within the 24 hours, the item is returned to available inventory and will go to the next in line and/or is eligible to be claimed by another customer. We do not want anyone to lose the opportunity to get their favorite prints, so please finalize your purchases as soon as possible. LulaRoe has very limited number of items produced in anyone print. Should you have a problem with an item, (please understand that while we are happy to replace an item that still has the tags on, is unworn, unwashed, smoke and pet hair free, and within our return policy) the same print most likely will not be available. We are happy to help you find your next favorite LulaRoe print or give you a credit in the form of LulaCash to use with us at a later date, as currently the company has no means for issuing a refund, therefore all sales are final. With that said we do inspect every item as it is received and again before we put it up for sale and once more before we ship it off to you in an effort to maintain the best quality control for you. IMPORTANT: We ship your packages via USPS. We make sure every package has tracking information and attach the tracking to the email address you provide, when you place your order. Addresses are transferred to our postage program by cutting and pasting the information you provide, to ensure no mistakes can be made. Once the USPS scans your package, they have taken responsibility for that package and its delivery to you. If you have any questions as to the whereabouts of your package once it has been scanned, please check your tracking information or contact your local USPS Office for assistance. We make every effort to ensure your package gets to your door because we know the patterns we carry are unique and cannot be replaced. If you want your packages sent by priority mail, insured or signatures required for delivery you must let us know at the time the order is placed, otherwise they will be sent with the normal tracking options. We are no longer responsible once the package is scanned, at this point it becomes the USPS liability for accurate delivery. REV 12/08/2016
