The “L” of the LNJ….
Lara Armstrong ~ Head Trainer/Instructor/Certified MagnaWave PEMF Practitioner

Born and raised in Lawton, OK, Lara has been riding her entire life. Though she loves to ride, train young horses, and compete, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others through teaching as well as helping people and their athletic animal partners perform their best. Collectively, her riding students have received over $200,000 in equine related scholarship money. Lara maintains her OK State Teacher Certification in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Agricultural Education, and Special Education - Mild to Moderate Disabilities. Her BS degree in Animal Science/Biotechnology from Oklahoma State University included classes in Equine Production and Management, Applied Animal Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, and numerous others essential for proper equine management. She is currently getting her Masters in Education with emphasis in Curriculum Development and Leadership. Lara has achieved many accomplishments in her riding career, winning numerous ribbons in English & Western disciplines as well as Halter and Showmanship, and competing not only local levels but World Championships and A rated shows. Lara holds her National Mounted Police Instructor certification, is a Certified MagnaWave PEMF Practitioner, and strives to maintain a safe, fun learning environment for both horse and rider, and enjoys teaching hobby riders as well as those who are serious competitors.
