It’s Cupcake Time

Birthday fall cake for a special person. Vanilla flavored with an internal layer of pear vanilla puree. Buttercream Icing covered with candied pears.

Well, my time spent at our trailer has ended. Back at home and ready to take bakery orders

A special lady is celebrating her 80th birthday today. Loves the colour purple and of course chocolate cake. Hope her familly celebration is a special occasion for them all.

Someone celebrate her 60th Birthday party and I was so delighted to be asked to make her cake. Rustic look vanilla cake with Buttercream Vanilla frosting and layered with fresh fruit. Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and a few figs. For added scent, strawberry mint.
Homemade Vanilla to ensure that vanilla flavour. Happy 60th Ginette Lajoie.

A request for a 50TH wedding anniversary. All edible including the Gold on the cake . Happy 50TH anniversary. 18years before I make it there. Lol

I love when I am able to create something new for a client. These are candied sliced pears and hand painted around the edges with edible gold. Teal was the colour of choice and of course with different hues. This is her second cake as she is well loved. The first was a gift from me and this one ordered by the man in her life. Happy Birthday my friend and let me know what your family thoughts on this creation.
