The official page of the Obrero Campus Student Council-House of Representatives.

The OCSC-House of Representatives is vested with the legislative power by the 2010 Constitution and By-Laws of the OCSC. This page is created to serve as a medium of communication between the USEPians and the HOR, as well as the OCSC, where students like you can voice their concerns for the HOR to act on. This will also serve as a source of information for the information of all USEPians on matters that concern them either directly or indirectly.
