...connecting to the silence within...easily said...not as easily done...but when I sink into myself I find my center that I have been out of alignment with...and in the silence I can hear my own voice and my own thoughts...I can feel the truth in my heart and clarity of mind follows...and this all can happen in just one single moment of silence...the key...is that I must listen...so I open my being to the messages that come from within, for me...it was here all along...the sound of silence...this is just one of the paths to take on the journey home.

Do you have parts of yourself, aspects of your life, and even people leaving your life right now? It's as if God or the Universe is removing these things from your path. This seems to be a common theme for many people at this time.

On the flip side of this massive purge of old patterns and programming, we are not only in a cleansing and completion phase, but many of us may also find ourselves in a state of limbo or the Void. It feels like floating with no solid ground to stand on. Nothing is the same, and endless possibilities exist, but the unknown can be terrifying. Yet, at the same time, we are moving into new beginnings.

As we release these things that no longer serve us, we make room for the things that evolve our Soul and invite in what we truly desire—the deepest desires in our hearts. Remember, it is all a choice. You get to decide how you feel. Yes, that is your choice to make. So when you are making choices, choose love first, and goodness will always follow.

So here we are, experiencing endings, pauses, and new beginnings all at once. Perhaps there is no magical formula or even a right way. Maybe it's more about being present in this moment, taking a deep breath, and sinking into the gratitude we feel for this life. This is where we want to draw deeply upon our faith, trusting that All Is Divine. Because truly, it is.

Honestly, I do not know a single person who is not dealing with a major transition right now. We are all in this together, and you are not alone. Together, we ascend, as we are all just walking each other home. So let's be kind, gentle, and compassionate with ourselves and others. For I am another you, and you are another me. And... we are but ONE.

...me on a good day...me on a bad day...it's all there...the shadows and light...the sun and the moon...the water and earth...the air and fire...inside of us exists all things...and some are our own personal demons...now to be seen…to shed light upon...yet, Angels are with us too...to bring us the light...to help us befriend our beasts...that haunt us so...but in the morn...the light will come...and darkness will shrink again...but in all your glory...you embody everything...every feeling of polarity, dichotomy and contrast...for without the pain...we would never know joy...find your balance...and find your harmony...as you gently sway...to opposite ends...of this spectrum...we call life...enjoy the ride...it is short...it is precious...and sacred...be the love that you are...embrace that...and don't let it go...be well...be happy!
