Oh No! It's going to freeze again!

1: keep the heat at AT LEAST 65f inside the house
2: cover all EXTERIOR exposed faucets, if you don't have covers you can wrap them with towels and a plastic bag to keep it dry.
3: Disconnect any hoses.
4: open inside cabinets with pipes in them to allow warm air to circulate.
5: drip household faucets to keep water moving.

** If you are not going to be home, do not drop the faucets **

Remember: as soon as you notice a problem put in a work order, if there is water leaking from where water should not be, call!

The first: cleaning out a house after a writ of possession was issued by the court
2nd: people went through all the stuff, turned bags upside down/ and inside out looking for "treasure"
3rd: was after 2hrs of work to pick it all back up, rebag it and have it ready for bulk trash again.

I'm all for trash diving, but don't dump it out and leave it to blow around and cause more work for someone else. At least leave it how you found it!
