I have decided to jump on the Keto train. I started last Tuesday 100 % and still going strong. The boyfriend and I have been trying great recipes. This weekend we tried the 90 second Keto Bread and Keto Buffalo Chicken tenders. Let me know if you want any of the recipes we try. π
Alright guys... definitely was tested today. Went to lunch with the girls to an Italian food restaurant! But I stayed strong πͺπΌ had a small side salad. When I got back to work, I had my IP chicken patty and kale chips π

Hey everyone! I've decided to get back on Ideal Protein. Is anyone else working on getting healthy or losing weight? Do you have a goal? Let me know so we can help each other out!! Losing weight is hard PERIOD! But you don't have to do it alone! Let's get healthy together! I've started off with my mini goal of 10lbs.
