MEET ONE OF OUR WOMEN OF COURAGE NOMINEES RENE' MICHELLE from MARYLAND
I am a Survivor of many things !! At an early age, I was molested by several family members as early as I can remember was the age of 5. At the ages of 11,14 and 26, I was r***d.
I eventually got into a relationship that ended up being very abusive to the point that I had a gun put to my head on a regular basis. Russian Roulette became a regular thing to keep me in fear, and it worked! I now suffer from Epilepsy due to severe blows to my head. I survived all these things, and I have now gone from Pain2purpose !!
I have turned all of this trauma into triumph! I am now an Advocate and a national speaker Author and Actress. But none of this means as much as serving my purpose. Helping to save lives.
