I’ve been wanting to make ramen forever and tonight was my time to shine. Here is my miso ramen with all things. It was supposed to be a jammy egg but I overcooked it and I was so disappointed when I cut into it. Next time. 🍜
I use my stories so much I forget to post on my feed. Tonight Kennedy told me this was the best pot roast I’ve ever made so I felt a feed post was deserved.

We love bulgogi! Usually I buy it from Costco but this time I wanted my own. I spotted some very mixed shaved beef at ALDIs and I knew it was perfect for this. I researched some recipes, compared what I had and went for it. I knew I wanted about 1 cup of sauce so I poured in everything until I got to 1 cup. I used soy sauce, pineapple juice, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. If it’s too sweet add more soy, not sweet enough add a little more brown sugar. Also, if you have gochujang then add some for a kick! I didn’t season the beef since the sauce has quite a bit of soy. Cook the beef with a whole sliced onion and the whites of green onion, pour on the sauce. Thicken w/ a cornstarch slurry if you like. Too w/ sesame seeds and green onions and enjoy with rice! We top our bowls with a fried egg, cucumber, radish, kimchi, and honey sriracha mayo
Here’s to the best pho I’ve ever phoed!
Spam and shrimp fried rice is quickly becoming a regular on the dinner rotation. It’s too quick and easy and way too delicious not to be on the weekly menu. I did not have leftover shrimp and garlic rice this time but with a little razzle dazzle I got the same flavor profiles. Let’s eat!!!
Perfection is sushi rice, crab salad, kimchi, thinly sliced onion, and honey sriracha mayo to make a tiny seaweed taco. Lunch was perfect for this easy Saturday.
This probably needs a better picture but this is what we get. I used left over shrimp and garlic rice to make this spam and egg fried rice and it’s the best decision I ever made. I caramelized the spam with some Japanese bbq sauce and a little onion, scrambled the egg in the same pan, and mixed in the leftover shrimp and garlic rice. No other seasoning was used and I feel this is the best decision I’ve made this week lol # clovisfoodie
Anytime you steam or boil seafood is a good time. Bet you have everything you need for this seafood butter sauce at home already. 1 stick of butter melted, tons of garlic, green onions, old bay, garlic powder, garlic pepper, smoked paprika, salt, fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons (squeeze out the juice then add the lemon rinds in too), and parsley. Mix it all together and cook on low heat until fragrant, roughly 10-15 minutes. Measure from the ❤️
I’m going to have friends over for brunch just so I can make this. It’s perfect. Chicken sausage, bacon, potatoes, brussel sprouts, swiss chard, onions, and a runny egg with honey sriracha mayo. Pure heaven!
Check out the reel for this creamy 🍋 lemon parmesan chicken. It made me do the happy dance while eating it.
If you haven’t gone to for brunch you’re missing out! The service was great and the monte cristo (check my stories) was delicious but this mimosa flight was the star of the show. They prepare the juices to mix with the champagne on site and it shows. The mango was my favorite ❤️
Yummy bulgogi bowls using prepared bulgogi from the refrigerated section. Diced cucumbers, pickled carrots, kimchi, scallion fried egg, and honey sriracha sauce bc why not. Nothing wrong with taking the easy route, just make it your own!
I’ve been asked a few times what I am doing to lose weight. I don’t have a big story to tell but I can share a couple meals. This has been one of my go to meals during my weight loss journey. Roasted Brussels sprouts with shrimp and bacon. Sometimes I trade out the Brussels for broccoli or broccolini. It’s a one pan meal that cooks in roughly 20 min at 400°. I drizzle everything with a little olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. It’s quick, easy, very flavorful and I like to use my honey sriracha mayo for dipping. I make the pan and get at least 2 dinners from it. Without the sauce it’s low carb but the sauce adds a nice little kick and everything in moderation right?
