So, I’ve happened upon a serger… I’m so buzzed! Ready to have more opportunities to create things I love 🥰

DMACC Fashion Institute

It’s been a wild past few days (if we are being honest, make that months). I won an award for best cut and sewn design for DMACCs Fashion Gala ‘FunHaus’, met some amazing models, won a brand new serger to create new amazing designs, and worked many, many hours on prop building. It was stressful and now I’m feeling like I can breathe again after weeks of holding my breath. I still have a big issue with imposter syndrome, waiting for them to call me and say they made a mistake and are taking the award back. I’m proud of myself, just hard to believe it’s real. Ready to see what the rest of 2023 has in store for me ✨✨
