Scroll right to see me now! The human body is amazing- photos of me 9 months pregnant and 8 weeks postpartum. This time around (10years on from my first)I was determined to stay in shape and continue my fitness during and post pregnancy and as you can see it has paid off. Massive thanks to for your fitness plans, eating guidelines during this time as well as your moral support to keep going. I recommend every penny spent with her has paid off (and all my workouts I did at home). I must admit it hasn’t been easy (I had low iron and no energy when pregnant) but I knew every workout even if just for 20mins would help my energy and moods.my main reason for keeping fit was to try for a natural birth but that didn’t go to plan ☹️ I actually cried all the way to surgery but as soon as Chloe arrived I was esctatic and had forgotten how disappointed I was. So please just get out there, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you never get disappointed for the workout you did 💕 💯
Past few months 💕more ideas will be shared once a month - happy eating
