Quantum House our home away from home ... We are so fortunate to have this home to come to when Massimo has surgeries. Being here helps calm the nerves a little especially when we are split. It's so nicely decorated for Halloween and fun activities for the kids. Yesterday they did a "Spooky Tea Party" tomorrow is an afternoon of Halloween activities before we fly home. We are thankful for all who contributed to help cover our stay here in the summer it meant the world to us. This is our 3rd stay this year and we have 1 more stay this year alone so thank you!

This kid. 4 hours after surgery he's eating chips, lessons and golfing. Still has the surgery sticker on his shirt. We love you Boo and how you just keep moving forward no matter what.

These golf pros from Abacoa Golf Club, Jupiter, Florida have been doing this weekly for many many years. They've watched families and patients grow up in Quantum House. It's one of the things everyone in the house looks forward to every Thursday. Thank you for continuing the tradition and doing what you do for them.

We've always said right from the beginning Mas is no different then any other kid. He wants to play football, so we let him ex-fix included. He had fun and the coaches and his friends/players were great.

Decided to surprise the kids on no sleep today. But so disappointed. Knoebels does not allow kids with an exfix to ride most of the rides. Mas was allowed on 15 mostly kiddie rides, 3 of which were closed. Imagine this kid who can't be stopped limited to this.
you need to educate yourself in these kids with an exfix on. embraces these kids and welcomes them.

Today the boys were out locally hand delivering THANK YOU cards to some local TMW golf outing sponsors. We ended with pizza and zeppoles with Nonni.

Surgery went well yesterday and Massimo's foot is flat - puffy from swelling but that will go down. He had a great day yesterday and even walked on his foot!!!! He had some pain last night but we finally got it under control and he slept most of the night cuddling his "gaming" hat and blanket from P. Hoping to break out today.
