With the summer heat still going strong it’s time for some no-heat dinner ideas for those days when turning on the oven feels impossible. The first time you make it at home can be intimidating so we created a guide on how to build a fool proof ceviche no matter the fish, or ingredients. Ceviche is made up of two main components- fresh wild caught seafood, and acid from citrus. Of course you don't have to stop there. Tomatoes, peppers, and onions are commonly found in ceviche.
