Every so often I stop and think- maybe sometimes I think too much- and I get almost frustrated about life and where I am at in it. Am I where Im supposed to be? Is this what Im supposed to be doing? So I think about the goals that I had set. Am I still moving toward those goals? Or somewhere, did I step off track? I like to reflect on my progress so I can recognize any poor choices and set action steps to get back on track. This just reminds me that at some point I stopped giving my 100%. Problem solved! Its time to PUSH HARDER!! ;)
Not only am I ready and excited to take the next step towards my future, I am pumped for the next 3 days as I detox my body in prep for my next fitness adventure. Also, I'm getting more and more thrilled about Beachbody 's upcoming launch to Canada! By the end of the month it will be official!! (y)

Because it gives me energy and sets a great mood.
But I enjoy evening workouts with friends!
If I workout too late I cannot get out of bed the next day!

lol @ my "I'm too cool" face. Laptop wouldn't play the 21 day fix I wanted to cry. Instead, I made up my own home workout for arms and of course some Abruary love at the end!! π I accidently did some extra bulgarian split squats because I was lost in the music.

So its been a really busy day! And I am wayyyy behind on my meals!
As in, I had an apple.
At 11:30 am.
So here's me playing with calories!
Because even though you need a deficit to lose weight.. eating too few calories can be very detrimental to your progress and could even cause your body to store fat.

Dug out my FAVE program (and blew off the dust). It has been way too long since I have done a program and man did I miss this one!
All this talk about the 21 Day Fix Extreme, that's coming out TOMORROW.., has me SOOO EXCITED!! So I looked through my workout programs, popped in the 21 Day Fix, and pressed play! It made me a little sad actually, how much I've lost without staying on track.. it was HARD! I have never been a fan of cardio and I lost the endurance that I had built up. I was so tired, and sweaty!, but I PUSHED myself through the totally body cardio workout! I felt SO AMAZING after, I even did the 10 minute ab fix, too! New Year, new month, new limits.
This month I am going to push HARDER than I ever have before!! Stay tuned!..
